Itinerary for Kunti Betta Sunrise Trek:

• 11:30 PM: Pick-up starts from Bangalore at designated points.
• 03:30 AM: Reach Kunti Betta base, short briefing, and trek start.
• 05:00 AM: Reach the peak, Reach peak, relax and enjoy the sunrise.
• 07:00 AM: After the sunrise, begin the descent to the base.
• 09:30 AM: Breakfast at a nearby hotel (Self-sponsored).
• 12:30 PM: Head back to Bangalore, concluding your adventure.

Important Reminders:

• Cleanliness is our priority – Please do not litter.
• Self-arranged transportation: For trekkers without transport, you must reach the base point by 3:00 AM.
• Equipment: You are responsible for carrying your own equipment (bags, trekking poles, etc.).
• Basic facilities only: Washrooms are available at the hotel/campsite where breakfast is served.
• As you’re exploring the outdoors, don’t expect luxury.
• No refunds for lost personal belongings – Keep your valuables secure.

Cancellation Policy:

• 15-30 days before the trek: 50% of the total cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• 0-15 days before the trek: 100% of the total cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• In the event of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, we will try our best to provide an alternative feasible solution, but no refunds will be given for cancellations due to these factors.
• Cancellations are strictly subject to the cancellation policies outlined above.

Terms & Conditions:

• Age Limit: 10 years and above
• The trek requires an average fitness level. AranyaAdventure will not be responsible if any participant is unable to reach the summit due to personal fitness limitations.
• AranyaAdventure is not responsible for any lost or misplaced personal belongings.
• Littering, smoking, and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited during the trek.
• If you misbehave, cause delays, or consume alcohol during the event, you will be asked to leave immediately without refund, and you must arrange your own transport back.
• Tickets are non-refundable once booked.
• Arrive 20 minutes early at your designated pick-up point to ensure timely departure.
