Pick-up Points & Travel Details
Note: Pick-up points are the same as the drop-off points.
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive detailed information about pick-up times, locations, and other details via WhatsApp.
What to Bring:
- Water bottles (stay hydrated!)
- Energy bars (keep the energy up)
- Personal medication or a basic first aid kit
- Sweater/jacket (it’s chilly at night)
- Raincoat/Poncho (just in case the weather’s not in our favor)
- Good sports shoes or trekking shoes (no flip-flops, please!)
- Flashlight/Torch with extra batteries
- Camera (if you want to capture the sunrise)
- Small Backpack to carry your essentials
Important Reminders:
- Note: We’ll create a WhatsApp group on the departure day for trip updates. Please add your WhatsApp number in the “Additional Information” section at checkout.
- Drop points are the same as the pickup points.
- The pick-up points remain the same, but the timings are tentative.
- Cleanliness is our priority. Don’t be that person who throws trash around.
- This isn’t a luxury trip — you’re exploring nature, so expect some basic amenities. Washrooms are only available at the hotel, campsite, Tent Stay (you reach the hotel/campsite/Tent stay).
- You’ll be carrying your own equipment like bags, sticks, etc.
- Alcohol consumption and smoking are strictly prohibited during the trek.
- Wearing trekking shoes is highly recommended for the best experience.
- Any personal expenses like extra meals, drinks, or snacks aren’t included.
- Littering is a no-no! If you’re caught, you could be fined.

Terms & Conditions:
- Age limit: 10+
- We expect a basic level of fitness — this trek’s a moderate challenge.
- We aren’t responsible for any lost or stolen items — keep your valuables safe!
- We might update our terms from time to time, so keep an eye out for any changes.
- If you drink, misbehave, or cause delays during the trek, we’ll terminate your participation with no refund. You’ll need to sort your own way back home.
- For any unforeseen conditions or restrictions (like weather or government rules), we’ll try our best to make alternative arrangements, but no refunds will be provided.
Cancellation Policy:
- If you cancel 0-15 days before the trek, no refund will be given. The total cost is charged as a cancellation fee.
- If you cancel 15-30 days before the trek, 50% of the total cost will be deducted.
- Once the permits are booked under your name, they cannot be refunded. If you postpone, the permit fee for the new date will have to be paid again.

Tour Plan

Departure from Bangalore & Kurinjal Peak Trek
- Pick-up from Bangalore at designated points. Start the overnight journey to Kurinjal.
- 7:00 AM – Arrival at base camp, have breakfast, and freshen up.
- 8:00 AM – Start the trek to Kurinjal Peak. The 14 km trek includes both ascent and descent, passing through forests and grasslands.
- Break for lunch midway.
- Reach the summit of Kurinjal Peak. Enjoy the scenic views, take photos, and rest.
- Descend back to the base camp.
- Bonfire and evening entertainment (If weather permits).
- Dinner at the campsite and retire for the night.

Sightseeing & Return to Bangalore
- 9:00 AM – Breakfast at the campsite.
- Visit the Belur Temple and the Samse Tea Estate, guided sightseeing around the area.
- Lunch (self-sponsored on the way back).
- Start the return journey to Bangalore.
- Arrive back in Bangalore 11:00 AM to 12:00 AM with memories of an unforgettable trek.
