Important Reminders:
- Note: We’ll create a WhatsApp group on the departure day for trip updates. Please add your WhatsApp number in the “Additional Information” section at checkout.
- Drop points are the same as the pickup points.
- The pick-up points remain the same, but the timings are tentative.
- Cleanliness is our priority. Don’t be that person who throws trash around.
- This isn’t a luxury trip — you’re exploring nature, so expect some basic amenities. Washrooms are only available at the hotel campsite (you reach the hotel/campsite for breakfast).
- You’ll be carrying your own equipment like bags, sticks, etc.
- Alcohol consumption and smoking are strictly prohibited during the trek.
- Wearing trekking shoes is highly recommended for the best experience.
- Any personal expenses like extra meals, drinks, or snacks aren’t included.
- Littering is a no-no! If you’re caught, you could be fined.

Terms & Conditions:
- Age limit: 10+
- We expect a basic level of fitness — this trek’s a moderate challenge. If you can’t handle it, that’s not on us.
- We aren’t responsible for any lost or stolen items — keep your valuables safe!
- We might update our terms from time to time, so keep an eye out for any changes.
- If you drink, misbehave, or cause delays during the trek, we’ll terminate your participation with no refund. You’ll need to sort your own way back home.
- For any unforeseen conditions or restrictions (like weather or government rules), we’ll try our best to make alternative arrangements, but no refunds will be provided.
Cancellation Policy:
- If you cancel 0-15 days before the trek, no refund will be given. The total cost is charged as a cancellation fee.
- If you cancel 15-30 days before the trek, 50% of the total cost will be deducted.
- Unforeseen Circumstances: In case of adverse weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled. We will strive to provide an alternative activity, but no refunds will be issued in such cases.
- Cancellations are strictly subject to the cancellation policies outlined on our website, regardless of the booking date.
