• 0-15 Days Before Start Date: No refund, 100% cancellation fee.
  
• 15-30 Days Before Start Date: 50% cancellation fee.
  
• Refunds: Once initiated, refunds will be credited within 5-7 working days.
  
• Weather & Government Restrictions: In case of cancellations due to unforeseen weather or government restrictions, we will try to provide an alternative, but no refunds will be applicable.
