• Cleanliness: We prioritize cleanliness. Please avoid littering and take your trash with you.
  
• Facilities: Basic but clean, as the trek is focused on nature and exploration. We offer simple yet clean facilities.
  
• Transportation: Arrive at the pickup point on time. Any delays will be your responsibility, and the trek will proceed as scheduled.
  
• Alcohol & Misbehavior: Alcohol consumption, smoking, and misbehavior are not allowed. If any participant misbehaves, they will be asked to leave without a refund.
• Safety: Aranya Adventure is not responsible for injuries or accidents. Please take care while trekking.
  

Cancellation Policy

• 0-15 Days Before Start Date: No refund; 100% of the cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  
• 15-30 Days Before Start Date: 50% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days.
  

Note: Cancellations due to unforeseen weather or government restrictions will not qualify for a refund. We will attempt to offer an alternative solution, but no refund will be given.

Terms & Conditions

• Minimum Participants: We need at least 10-12 participants for the trek to take place. If the minimum is not met, an alternative trek or rescheduling will be offered (no refund).
  
• Seat Allocation: Seats are unreserved—arrive early to choose your spot.
  
• Behavior: No speakers allowed during the trek. Alcohol consumption and smoking are prohibited.
  
• Transport Responsibility: If you’re traveling by your own transport, ensure you arrive on time at the base. Any delays will not be the responsibility of Aranya Adventure.
  
• No Refund: Once tickets are booked, they cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  
• Traffic Delays: Aranya Adventure is not liable for delays caused by external factors like traffic.
  
• Management’s Decision: All decisions made by Aranya Adventure are final.
