Itinerary for Makalidurga Sunrise Trek:

• 05:45 AM: Begin the hike up to the summit.

• 09:00 AM: Head to a nearby restaurant for breakfast (self-sponsored).

Cancellation Policy:

• 15-30 days before the trek: 50% of the total cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• 0-15 days before the trek: 100% of the total cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, alternative plans may be offered, but no refunds will be given for cancellations due to these factors.
• Cancellations are strictly subject to the cancellation policies outlined on the website.

Terms & Conditions:

• Age Limit: 10 years and above
• The trek requires moderate fitness. AranyaAdventure is not responsible if any participant is unable to complete the trek due to their own limitations.
• AranyaAdventure is not responsible for any lost or misplaced belongings.
• Littering, smoking, and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited during the trek.
• Any participant who misbehaves, causes delays, or consumes alcohol will be immediately removed from the trek without a refund. They will need to arrange their own transport back.
• In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled. No refunds will be provided in such cases, but we will offer an alternative feasible activity.
• Tickets are non-refundable once booked.
• We recommend arriving at least 20 minutes early at your designated pick-up point.
