Get ready for an exciting night as you leave Bangalore around 11 PM, reaching the base by midnight — and that’s where the real adventure begins! The trek’s about 8 km, and you can wrap it up in around 4 to 5 hours of action-packed trekking.

Trek Details:

• You should book a trek before 15 days.
• Distance: Approx. 75 km from Bangalore
• Start time: Friday/Saturday night, around 11 PM
• End time: Saturday/Sunday afternoon, around 1:30 PM
• Stay: No stay provided (this is a night trek!)
• Difficulty Level: Moderate to Challenging (Bring your A-game!)
• Trek Distance: 8 km (up and down)
• Trail: Grasslands, thick forests, ever-flowing streams, and some serious inclines. Get ready for an adventure! 

Itinerary for skandagiri trek:

• 11:300 PM: Pick-up starts from Bangalore
• 05:30 AM: Arrive at the Skandagiri base
• 05:45 AM: Begin your hike to the summit. Reached the top! Take a breather and enjoy the view.
• 06:40 AM: Sunrise time! Take in the beauty, soak it up
• 08:30 AM: Start your descent back to base.
• 10:00 AM: Arrive at the base and start the journey back to Bangalore
• 10:30 AM: Refresh and enjoy a self-funded breakfast stop
• 1:30 PM: Arrive back in Bangalore

Things to Carry for skandagiri trek:

• Water bottles (stay hydrated!)

• Raincoat/Poncho (just in case the weather’s not in our favor)
• Good sports shoes or trekking shoes (no flip-flops, please!)

Important Reminders:

• Cleanliness is our priority. Don’t be that person who throws trash around.
• This isn’t a luxury trip — you’re exploring nature, so expect some basic amenities. Washrooms are only available at the hotel campsite (you reach the hotel/campsite for breakfast).
• You’ll be carrying your own equipment like bags, sticks, etc.
• Alcohol consumption and smoking are strictly prohibited during the trek.
• Trek shoes are a must! If you show up in sandals or slippers, you won’t be allowed to join the trek.
• Any personal expenses like extra meals, drinks, or snacks aren’t included.
• Littering is a no-no! If you’re caught, you could be fined.

Cancellation Policy:

• If you cancel 0-15 days before the trek, no refund will be given. The total cost is charged as a cancellation fee.
• If you cancel 15-30 days before the trek, 50% of the total cost will be deducted.
• Unforeseen Circumstances: In case of adverse weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled. We will strive to provide an alternative activity, but no refunds will be issued in such cases.
• Cancellations are strictly subject to the cancellation policies outlined on our website, regardless of the booking date.

Terms & Conditions:

• Age limit: 10+ (younger trekkers are welcome, but keep in mind the difficulty level!)
• We expect a basic level of fitness — this trek’s a moderate challenge. If you can’t handle it, that’s not on us.
• Once the permits are booked under your name, they cannot be refunded. If you postpone, the permit fee for the new date will have to be paid again.
• We aren’t responsible for any lost or stolen items — keep your valuables safe!
• We might update our terms from time to time, so keep an eye out for any changes.
• If you drink, misbehave, or cause delays during the trek, we’ll terminate your participation with no refund. You’ll need to sort your own way back home.
• For any unforeseen conditions or restrictions (like weather or government rules), we’ll try our best to make alternative arrangements, but no refunds will be provided.
